Shannondale of Maryville's residents spread the holiday cheer at our holiday open house event! 🎄 Our independent living apartments and assisted living communities opened their doors to invite guests inside to tour and imagine their lives at Shannondale! Guests enjoyed the sweet notes of live music, indulged in apple cider donuts, sipped on hot chocolate, and explored the warmth of our welcoming spaces. 🍩☕️
Evan Turner, a two-time world champion drone racer visited The Lodge this week. He shared his experiences racing, shooting movies for Netflix, and shooting the Daytona 500.
With the winter months approaching it usually means more cold/flu symptoms. We need to be more vigilant about keeping an eye on our health to keep down the spread of infections.
Handwashing is the #1 tool we have in fighting against bacteria.
Being alert of any symptoms can also help us keep the spread of bacteria down as well.
If you start to exhibit any symptoms that may be contagious, such as sore throat, fever (higher than 100.4), recurring vomiting or diarrhea, drainage from 1 or both eyes or an uncontrollable cough, please consult with the nurse on duty immediately.
We have to work together to keep our home safe and infectious-free.

Mandy began her career with Shannondale in 2015 at our Maryville campus as an Activities Assistant.
In 2017, she was promoted to Activities Director at our Knoxville campus.
