The Lodge at Shannondale offers additional services not typically found in traditional independent living communities. Residents have the options for housekeeping services and access to a Registered Nurse on site 24/7, in addition to apartment maintenance.
All pairs sharing a unit at The Lodge will be subject to a $12,000 second person life-membership fee upon entrance to the community and $1,000 monthly second person fee.
